Are the products on your website organic?
Yes, all of the baby clothes (NB to 24M) featured on our website are made of 100% GOTS-certified organic cotton, and all of our dyes, prints, snaps, and trim are GOTS-approved. Our L'bKIDS collection features both a conventional cotton line and a GOTS-certified organic cotton collection. These are clearly labeled on our site as well as on our hang tags. Rest assured that although our conventional cotton L'bKIDS collection is not ceritfied organic, it still features a soft, minimally-processed cotton, no formaldahyde, and no flame retardants.
Do you use flame retardants?
We do not treat our clothing with any chemical flame retardants. Instead, the luxurious weight of our breathable cotton, coupled with the tailored and snug fit of our clothing, makes our garments naturally flame retardant and meets the Consumer Product Safety Commissioner's (CPSC) standards. According to the CPSC, snug-fitting clothing "does not ignite easily and, if ignited, does not burn readily because there is little oxygen to feed a fire. Snug-fitting garments need not be flame resistant because they are made to fit closely against a child's body."
How would you describe the fit of your garments?
Our clothing is quite true to weight, and is designed to be form-fitting and tailored to the body. Since cotton shrinks after the first machine wash/dry, we account for this shrinkage by cutting our clothing slightly longer than intended, so that they shrink down to the correct size.
What's the difference between white, beige, and stone?
White is a pure, clean white. Beige is a cream-colored hue. Stone is a very light shade of khaki (and is found in all 6 of our 3-tone stripe colorways). All three of these gender-neutral colors are beautiful and complement all of our other solid colors.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! We offer organza bag gift wrapping, where we can wrap up to two items in a soft, organza pouch, complete with hand-written note. We also offer both ready-made and custom gift baskets in a variety of sizes. (Not sure what to give or need a gift SAME DAY? Choose our gift certificate, which can be emailed to the recipient within a few hours of you placing your order.)
What methods of payment do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, and PayPal.
If I received a gift certificate/voucher, do I have to use it all at once?
No, but we will need to issue you a new voucher number for any balance you have left as our system will only recognize a voucher number once. Typically, you will receive an email with a new voucher number within 48 hours. Need it sooner? Simply contact us! :-)
What are your shipping fees?
We always offer $6 flat rate shipping for domestic orders anywhere within the U.S. International orders are based on order amount and range from $13 to $60. Click here for more detailed information. For expedited service, we will contact you ASAP with shipping options/rates so you can decide what will work best for you before your order is billed/shipped.
What mail services/providers do you use?
For domestic orders, we use both UPS and USPS (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package. For international orders, we use USPS First-Class Mail or Priority Mail, depending on package size/weight.
I just submitted my order, how long will it take to reach me?
Our goal is to ship your order same day, if possible, because we know you're little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-2 business days to ship from the time you submit it, and you can expect to receive your package within 1-5 business days once it has been shipped. Orders placed during promotion/sale periods or during the holidays may take longer to pack/ship out, so if you need it sooner, please give us a call at 818-992-9911 or shoot us an email at customerservice@lovedbaby.com and we can discuss expedited options.
Do you offer discounts for first-time customers?
While we don't have a particular discount offer for first-time customers, we do have several opportunities for you to save year-round! What is your return policy?
Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the order date on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hangtags are still intact.
