Are the products on your website organic?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, all of our products are made of 100% organic cotton that is G.O.T.S certified.
Do you use flame retardants?
We do not treat our clothing with any chemical flame retardants. Instead, the luxurious weight of our breathable cotton makes our daywear naturally flame retardant and meets the Consumer Product Safety Commissioner's (CPSC) standards.
How would you describe the fit of your garments? (Size chart)
Our clothing is quite true to weight, and is designed to be form-fitting and tailored to the body. Since cotton shrinks after the first machine wash/dry, we account for this shrinkage by cutting our baby clothing slightly long, so that it shrinks down to its intended fit.
You may notice that some of our garments say 12-16 lbs. for sizes other than three to six months as indicated on our size chart. Please rest assured that this is just a misprint. Unfortunately, we had a huge production batch that all came in with 12 to 16 pounds listed regardless of the actual size of a garment. However, the garments are the correct size and are intended for the weights listed here.
Should I choose NB/Preemie or 0-3 Months? Help!
Our newborn/preemie size is intended for four to seven pound babies, and fits quite accurately. Our zero to three months size is intended for seven to 12 lbs. and while definitely longer and a little bit roomier than the newborn size, it still offers a nice tailored fit in the torso and arms.
All of our clothing is cut a little long to account for the shrinkage that will occur after first machine wash and dry since our baby clothing is made with organic cotton and includes no synthetic blends. If you are looking for a form-fitting homecoming outfit or a newborn photos outfit, we recommend the newborn size. Just keep in mind that you may need to line dry your baby clothing if you feel that it is going to be too small for your little one once it is machine washed/dried. It's really a preference as to what you are hoping to use it for (immediate wear versus longer-term fit).
What's the difference between white, beige, and stone?
White is a pure, clean white. Beige is a cream-colored hue. Stone is a very light shade of khaki (and is found in all 6 of our 3-tone stripe colorways). All three of these gender-neutral colors are beautiful and complement all of our other solid colors.

We always offer $6 flat rate shipping for domestic orders anywhere within the U.S. International orders are based on order amount and range from $24 to $60. Click here

What mail services/providers do you use?
For domestic orders, we use both UPS and USPS (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package. For international orders, we use USPS Priority Mail.
I just submitted my order, how long will it take to reach me?
Our goal is to ship your order same-day, if possible, because we know your little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days once the package has been shipped, while international orders may take 2-6 weeks. We strongly encourage international customers to shop locally through one of our authorized retailers

What is your return policy?
Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the order date* on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hang tags are still intact. Please call us at 818-992-9911 or email us at email@example.com for a return authorization number prior to sending back your item(s).
* Orders placed between January 11 and February 28, 2019 are only eligible for exchange (NO REFUNDS) due to our Golden Rattle Extravaganza promotion.
