Are the products on your website organic?
Yes, unless otherwise stated, all of our products are made of 100% organic cotton that is GOTS certified. We also only use GOTS-certified dyes, trims, and snaps/zippers that are lead-free, chrome-free, and nickel-free.
Where are L'ovedbaby products made?
Our cotton is sourced in India, where our products are ethically made in GOTS-certified factories that are regularly monitored not only for their organic production processes, but also for their ethical and fair treatment of all workers. Do you use flame retardants?
We do not treat our clothing with any chemical flame retardants. Instead, the luxurious weight of our breathable cotton makes our daywear naturally flame retardant to meets the Consumer Product Safety Commissioner's (CPSC) standards. And our PJs designed to be comfortably snug to comply with CPSC standards for sleepwear.
How would you describe the fit of your garments? (Size chart)
Our clothing is quite true to weight, and is designed to be form-fitting and tailored to the body. Since cotton shrinks after the first machine wash/dry, we account for this shrinkage by cutting our baby clothing slightly long, so that it shrinks down to its intended fit.

Should I choose Preemie-NB or 0-3 Months? Help!
Our Preemie-NB size is intended for four to seven pound babies, and fits quite accurately. Our zero to three months size is intended for seven to 12 lbs. and while definitely longer and a little bit roomier than the newborn size, it still offers a nice tailored fit in the torso and arms.
All of our clothing is cut a little long to account for the shrinkage that will occur after first machine wash and dry since our baby clothing is made with organic cotton and includes no synthetic blends. If you are looking for a form-fitting homecoming outfit or a newborn photos outfit, we recommend the newborn size. Just keep in mind that you may need to line dry your baby clothing if you feel that it is going to be too small for your little one once it is machine washed/dried. It's really a preference as to what you are hoping to use it for (immediate wear versus longer-term fit).
What's the difference between white, buttercream, stone and oatmeal?
White is a pure, clean white. Buttercream is a cream-colored hue, similar to the color of butter. Stone is a very light shade of khaki. And Oatmeal, the darkest of these four neutrals, is a light shade of latte. All of these gender-neutral shades are beautiful and complement all of our other solid colors.

No — you can use as much of it as you'd like, whenever you'd like.
What are your shipping fees?
We currently offer free shipping for domestic orders of $75+ anywhere within the United States. Shipping for International orders is based on order amount. Please see our Shipping Policy for more detailed information. For expedited/next day service, we may contact you with shipping options/rates so you can decide what will work best for you before your order is shipped (additional charges may apply).
What mail services/providers do you use?
For domestic orders, we use both UPS and USPS (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package. For international orders, we use USPS, UPS and DHL.
I just submitted my order, how long will it take to reach me?
Our goal is to ship your order same-day, if possible, because we know your little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 3-5 business days to ship from the time you submit it. Domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days once the package has been shipped, while international orders may take 2-6 weeks. We strongly encourage international customers to shop locally through one of our authorized retailers. Orders placed during promotion/sale periods or during the holidays may take longer to pack/ship out, so if you need it sooner, please give us a call at 818-992-9911 or shoot us an email at email@example.com and we can discuss expedited options.*

What is your return policy?
Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hang tags are still intact. Some exclusions apply. Please see our Refund Policy for details.

All Flash Sale Thursday sales are final.
SPECIAL RETURN POLICY On Thermals/Holiday: Because our Thermal/Holiday Collection are limited-edition seasonal collections, items can only be exchanged for other items within their respective collection (Thermals can only be exchanged for other Thermals, and Holiday items can only be exchanged for other Holiday items). Items must be brand new, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached, and must be sent back within 14 business days of purchase. Returned merchandise from these collections will only be issued a merchandise credit, less a 25% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued on Thermals or Holiday items. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending back any merchandise.
Do you honor price adjustments during on orders made before a sale?
We honor price adjustments for orders placed up to 7 days prior to our Black Friday sale and any other large sitewide sales. Price adjustments are refunded in the form of a shop credit, not money back. We do not offer price adjustments on Flash Sale Thursday/Flash Sale Weekend sales, clearance items, or any other non-sitewide sales/discounts.
