Shipping & Returns

NOTICE: Please note that we will make every effort to ship your package immediately so that it will arrive in a timely manner. However, due to COVID-19 precautions, we cannot guarantee delivery times once a package leaves our facilities as carriers may be experiencing shipping delays, even on some expedited orders. Please don't hesitate to contact us regarding expediting your existing order.

NOTICE: We are temporarily unable to ship internationally to some countries due to service disruptions related to COVID-19. Please check the USPS list of affected countries.

Domestic Shipping

Our goal is always to ship your order same-day, because we know your little one is waiting for it! However, depending on what time your order was placed and how busy we are, your order may take 1-3 business days to ship from the time you submit it. Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 1-5 business days. Orders placed during promotions or during high volume periods such as the holidays may experience delay, so if you need it sooner, please call us at 818-992-9911 or shoot us an email at customerservice@lovedbaby.com and we can discuss expedited options.

**For priority service, additional charges may apply. Please specify in "order comments" the date by which you would like to receive your order. Orders placed by 2pm PST will ship the same day. A L'ovedbaby customer service representative may contact you once we receive your order (and before we ship it) to inform you if there are additional shipping charges.

Domestic orders may be shipped via UPS Ground, USPS First Class, or USPS Priority Mail (at our discretion) based on package size, weight, and contents. We always aim for the fastest shipping and most reliable service for each package.

 

International Shipping

As with all orders, our goal is to ship international orders within 1-3 business days. We strongly encourage international customers to shop locally through one of our authorized retailers. Please note that customs and duties charges can apply for international deliveries and are not included in your order’s total. Orders placed during promotion/sale periods or during the holidays may take longer to process. International orders cannot be expedited due to customs and differing postal service policies and transit times around the globe. *All international orders are shipped via USPS or DHL. Please specify in the Order Comments field which carrier you would like to us to ship with.

To reduce the amount of fraud and issues with shipping, we only ship internationally to select countries. If your country is not on the list, please use a freight forwarder service based in the U.S. Also, please make sure you register the freight forwarder's address as a allowed/valid address with your credit card or PayPal. Otherwise, your payment will likely be declined.

Order Status

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. The tracking number for orders within the U.S. will include an estimated delivery day. 

If you're missing items or shipments or if you have any concerns about the products you received, contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once the tracking shows delivery confirmation.

 

Returns Policy

Any unused products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the order date* on your invoice, as long as the packaging and/or hang-tags are still intact. Please call us at 818-992-9911 or email us at customerservice@lovedbaby.com for a return authorization number prior to sending back your item(s).

We recommend trying on all items in your order before washing to ensure they fit. We cannot accept returns or refund after items have been washed.

An item may be returned if it is sent back:
● unworn
● unwashed
● with original tags and packaging intact
● free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage

Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees. No return form in necessary; all we need with the package is a note including the order number and name associated with the order. 

L'ovedbaby is not responsible for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received at our warehouse, and 1-3 business days for refunds to be processed to your original form of payment.

If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please email customerservice@lovedbaby.com with the buyer’s name and order number. The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase. 

Proof of purchase is required for items to be return-eligible. 

All BFT sales are final. 

SPECIAL RETURN POLICY On Thermals/Holiday: Because our Thermal/Holiday Collection are limited-edition seasonal collections, items can only be exchanged for other items within their respective collection (Thermals can only be exchanged for other Thermals, and Holiday items can only be exchanged for other Holiday items). Items must be brand new, unworn, and with all tags and labels attached, and must be sent back within 14 business days of purchase. Returned merchandise from these collections will only be issued a merchandise credit, less a 25% restocking fee. No refunds will be issued on Thermals or Holiday items. Please contact us for a return authorization number before sending back any merchandise.
